We keep shipping simple for customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Australia
- Standard Shipping: A$4.95 for orders under A$90
- Free Standard Shipping for orders of A$90 or more
New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: NZ$4.95 for orders under NZ$90
- Free Standard Shipping for orders of NZ$90 or more
Free-shipping eligibility is based on the checkout subtotal after product and order discounts, before shipping charges.
Processing times
Orders are verified, quality checked, packed and collected within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking email after your order leaves our warehouse. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot see it.
Estimated delivery times
- Australia: 2 to 12 business days after dispatch
- New Zealand: 5 to 12 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 3 to 12 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, customs checks and circumstances outside our control. Available rates for other destinations are shown at checkout.
